my friend who speaks bisaya told me to say something to a friend that I know who also speaks bisaya. He won't tell me what it is but keeps laughing everytime he tells me to say it so I was wondering if it was rude because I don't want to insult this other friend. I tried using the translator to figure it out on my own but yeah, it doesn't do too well with sentences. So he tells me it's pretty much more slang and young generation language, but what does this translate to; "pisat kog ug wala koy bo-ut"
